Pros

Free food in HashedIn office in Bangalore. Not much work pressure. If you are lucky you get into prime projects where leadership attention is and get Top Impactor awards.

Cons

Filled with biased leadership. Not open for feedback or collaboration. Things flow top down here. Very less value is given to experience and you may find 8 years person who only worked in HashedIn to be at a higher designation and decisive position. Not that he is capable, rather here biased evaluation helped long timers as it was a startup. Projects are sparse and limited long term projects.
