The majority of managers are immature, not able to stand for their team No process of design, even you want also it can't be followed A lot of politics and you can see everywhere The good people who were working hard as senior folks left, rest of the senior folks who couldn’t find good opportunities stayed here and become tech leads and managers The design team will split across everywhere, there is nothing called teamwork. Once you go to a client location, like mars, you will take years to come back If you don't show off, or talk on each and every occasion, your hike and promotion will be almost no. Except for one manager, every other manager is politically involved and not from tech backgrounds, they won't understand why you need time. There are only 6 or 7 people, all things are based on them, the top management only sees them. A lot of good folks left, in fact, the number of fresher joined vs number of experience people left is almost 100 vs 20 A lot of people left, especially in the design team.

Its not Hashedin anymore.....Its Deloitte....no need to elaborate more ....smart people stay away...atleast till everything i settled
