- Free lunch for Gurugram and Bangalore Location - Medical Insurance - Well-being subsidy of Rs. 25K for every financial years - Together Fund for going out with team upto 2k - Smartphone subsidy for Rs. 25k and welcome bonus also provided. - Appraisal is Bi-Annual - So many other perks as well.

Cons

- It depends on project and delivery, sometimes project expect you to work under tight deadline (that mostly from client side) - Growth is slightly slow, though the RT is BiAnnual but still promotion work on some different benchmarks based on my personal experience.
