      Opportunity to Learn and adapt new technologies. Lot of Benefits

      Cons

      There was not enough Projects for .Net ,Mobile ,QA. You need to stay in bench for at least 3-4 months to get a project .But not sure Project allocation can be done better. Think Before Joining, don't join because of deloitte brand
