      Pros

      Definitely the work life balance, benefits & the work culture and very positive and chill.

      Cons

      You will not be working on some impactful product feature building. It is mostly a services role with low overlap with real Product management.

      Culture has shifted towards hiring laterals, so they keep ignoring the people already there working their best hoping to grow professionally in their careers. The only option to grow here is either wait till you are old or learn as much as you can and leave.
