When it comes to huge workload, we provide flexible working hours to our employees, though sometimes, work pressure might be more that other days due to several reasons. The acquisition by Deloitte has led us to achieve greater things, but we still have a way to go to make sure that the work culture is no affected and employees face no hurdles.
