      Pros

      - Right place, If you want to work in a MNC like Deloitte.

      Cons

      - Just a back office for Deloitte. Used to have good startup kind of environment, now, they've just sold the soul of the company. - No value for quality. Just about quantities. Meritocracy is dead. - Honesty is supposed to be a company value but is nowhere to be seen. - Deloitte independence restrictions imposed, which make you look over your shoulder at every step.
