      Pros

      Really a great place to work with, 1. you can say no to an assigned project/client 2. Hashedin loves taking ownership, you get to handle a client entirely 3. Free Food + Snacks + amazing new office with a cricket pitch, TT, carom, etc. 4. Great annual outings (3 days trip to Goa, Coorg, etc). 5. Friendly environment and all the people (including the leadership team) are approachable. Flat hierarchy. 6. Flexible timings, all you to do is complete the work within a given timespan. same way proper time will be given to complete the work.

      Cons

      They are employee benefits like family healthcare, which can be improved. Cab facilities can be provided.
