      1. Hashedin culture 2. will get an exposure to work with different technologies 3. Time flexibility and friendly environment 4. Career advisor meeting 5. Fun activities 6. HR team - especially kuchubi(Monica) for supporting/helping the employees.

      1. short-term projects 2. Every employee should know about the business value of the project. 3. please support true talents, blindly don't believe the middle management. 4. Allocation

      Pros

      Writing this review month since I left HI and joined some other organisation. 1) Thing I liked most about HI is HU. I experienced it both as trainee and trainer. It was an awesome experience being part of HU where you will get to learn so many things just in span of 1-2 months. 2) Freedom and ownership, these are the two things that any employee will like to have while working and HI provide this. 3) Awesome and approachable leadership team. 4) Free food 5) Fun - I think HI is too good at it. All thanks to Glucklich

      Cons

      There is nothing as major but to mention - Be little realistic about estimates during pre-sales. This will have negative impact on delivery team, as they have to work day and night for delivering on time.
