      Pros

      Abundance of learning and substantial opportunities in excelling as an individual. Approachable leadership team. Flexible work hours and good leave policy. "Hashedin University" A two month rigorous training program that involves learning industry relevant technologies and tools aggressively alongside lots of fun activities and bonding with the rest of employees. Freedom to learn and implement latest technologies. The entire company is built around this unique culture which in my opinion cannot be found anywhere else. Free food 4 times a day. Employee oriented place of work. Certified by "Great place to Work"

      Cons

      Average pay when compared to VC funded companies but this isn't much of a con when you acknowledge the benefits provided such as company outings, team outings, food, gym, sports etc A lot of pressure on freshers when they come into HU which is good in its own way to help them deal with pressure in real time delivery situations but some wouldn't be able to perform well in pressure and would result in low self confidence.

      1. Best people of industry. 2. Best salary in market . 3. Free food. 4. Approachable leardeship team. 5. Lot of facility.

      Cons

      Onsite opportunity is less. Remaining all things are best

      A great place to start your career

      Pros

      1) Joining as an intern, you go through an intense training programme, but its worth in the end. A lot to learn in those training sessions. 2) Great people all around.

      Cons

      You got to be open to learning a lot of tools, technologies, and frameworks otherwise you won't survive HU (HashedIn University - Training programme for freshers)
