      Not just work, More of a Culture ...

      Pros

      1. Freedom to select your specialisation 2. Easy in approaching your seniors, founders.No Hierarchy 3. Effort put by the training committee to provide first hand training, within and from outside the org. 4. Fun activities very 15 days; and whole hearted celebration of all festivals. 5. Bachelors will love the 4 times free home cooked food provided by the company. 6. In house Gym facility!! 7. Company with a strong vision for growth!! 8. employees' voices are heard, through open forums(open houses) or through discreet grievance redressal channels!! 9. Pays more than the other service company 10 flexi timings, WFH options

      Cons

      1. For the old timers, the food is to rich. (I dunno whether this counts as a con :P) 2. though the pay is high, Dont expect that the pay will match the exorbitant pay by the VC funded product companies 3. The company combines Work, learning and play, all in a day. So employees end up spending more time at office. Spouses, parents, dependents might crib. 4. Sometimes the projects turn out very challenging and that requires extra time than anticipated 5. Of the overall CTC, variable pay is a large component. This could be a pro and a con, both

      Don't overlook the CONS

      Pros

      1. Great leadership team. 2. Growing company. 3. Trains employee well. 4. Hard working and a great HR team.

      Cons

      Now lets look at the things which will not be visible to an outsider. 1. Allocation is poor. A lot of people are up on bench most of the time. 2. Work life balance is extreme, either you will have no work or have to toil for 10-14 hrs (expected by managers). 3. Although "Trains employee well but does not treat and pay them well". The market standards for the same amount of work is way higher than what is paid. But keeping monetary factors aside, it was because the company's culture which is the USP. But it seems it is fading away slowly. 4. Same bunch of people are trusted(including me) for varied number of things happening and in major project allocations. Other people should also be encouraged. 5. Some Managers expect you to work 10+ hr per day without considering your health or anything. They only want to PLEASE the client on the price of their team. 6. Lack of senior members in projects to guide the others.

Undoubtedly, you will not only enjoy the workplace but you get a great boost to your career as well. -----------------------Details----------------------------------- *TECHNICAL - Learn lot of great|latest technologies around. - You get all the authority and suggestion to make sure the whole product looks great. - Great team & advices from leadership team will always help you seeing a bigger picture since all of them have are from technical background & come with fully loaded tech skills. - Leadership team always keeps technical perspectives at the top. You get above sufficient technical knowledge during the tenure which will help you grow big in your career. *WORK-LIFE BALANCE - Taking leaves are never really a big problem, you get enough privilege + sick leaves. - Work from home is a great option provided by the organisation regularly & can be extended in case of an emergency. - Working hours are more than flexible, you will never feel that your timelines are quite strict. - Leadership team is always a great support in case you are in any problem. *SALARY|BONUS - You will always get a fairly competitive salary and along with that you also get good bonus amount, criteria for calculating bonus for individuals is quite transparent. *SPORTS - You can enjoy games like TT, Carrom, Foosball, Football & Cricket|Badminton|Basketball(occasional). - Best part is no one thinks it reduces productivity:[myth], infact it increases since your mind gets enough relaxation which helps switching to working mode easily & effectively. *FOOD - One of the floors is cafeteria + playing room, you will get Breakfast + Lunch + EveningSnacks + Dinner on daily basis. - Whole organisation use to have food together quite often. Tea and coffee is always available, each whole has it's own pantry area as well. - On every month end they have an open house where people discuss current issues/improvements within organisation & you get free beverages(beers etc) + snacks. *OUTING/TRIPS - You will get a chance to travel 2-3 places every year. PS - This is completely an honest review, no marketing. I completely understand how bad people feel if they get into an organisation which doesn't respect them & their thoughts, that's why i decided to write at least for the organisations which i worked for & are doing great, so that it can help others.

      Cons

      - Deputing employees to client places can be made optional, if not then we got to put certain policies, preemptive measures and enough checkpoints to manage the employees and clients. - Nothing else which really impacts your work or demotivates you, that's what everyone need at the end of the day :).
