About the cons, our salary structure is competitive. However, will take this as the feedback to make the salary structure clearer. Agreed, our evaluation process is a little complex, as we consider 360-degree feedback & tech showcase instead of just the manager feedback as done in other organizations. For creating an environment of learning and growth, we are only one of the handful companies to do the performance evaluation twice a year instead of annual one, which I am sure you would have liked in HashedIn :)
