      Pros

      HashedIn was a startup and after being acquired by Deloitte, it's pretty much indicative of the culture and values from it's parent organization. Everything is same apart from Project deployment model and designations. Also it tries to maintain a healthy competition with it's sister firm Deloitte USI.

      Cons

      Micro-management by Supervisors and even junior developers as they often try to portray themselves as managers of the firm.
