      I am struggling hard to find, if there are any left.

      Cons

      No growth, all paths are blocked, moving towards becoming a huge service based company with no values left after Himanshu. All policies are being streamlined as per large service based companies, losing all key differentiators. No structure in top leadership, no way for people to grow into next role. They always get new unrealistic challenge to achieve along with a lolipop to run towards.
