      Everything happens quick and fast from project allocation to training laterals. appraisal cycles a year and bonus is paid out twice

      Cons

      Work load is relatively more. pf contribution is limited to 1800 parents insurance is covered but not sponsered by company

It is true that sometimes workload might be more, but we try to compensate that with flexible working hours and a healthy work culture.
