Yes, sometimes, working on particular projects can be tiring, but we make sure that Hashers take sufficient time off work as well to have a stress-free life.

5yThank you for your valuable review. We do keep a check on the industry standards and update the salary ranges constantly. More importantly, we follow half-yearly performance reviews and appraisals which would course-correct the salaries if there are edge cases. However, we agree that there is always scope to improve!
