They have amazing training program for all (freshers/Lateral Hires). the available projects are displayed in front of you, Managers of perticular project contacts you and discusses about the project and the oppurtunities.

Cons

when it is US based clients, The timing extends in the evening. but they have suggested ways to adjust within teammates, like who will attend the morning meetings and who will attend the evening ones, so that the meetings are not one persons responsibility.
