Great place to work tag is arguable.

Pros

Flexibility in choosing projects. Work Life Balance is ok except for the HU time. Good Perks & Bonus. Good Learning resources available. Good Semi-annual increments. Latest Tech Stacks-breadth wise only. Limited free meal & Unlimited free snacks. Hiring process is a bit rigorous compared to other IT Services companies out there and thus a better pay master. Job Security has improved after Deloitte acquisition.

Cons

Just another it services company after Deloitte acquisition have lost its metal. Not a great place to work for backend engineers. You can be jack of all tech stacks here but master of none. The HU program is a joke need a lot of improvements starting from the trainers itself , yes they are good engineers but that doesn't mean they are good trainers.

Deloitte takeover has led to loss of HashedIn's secret sauce

Pros

Hashers hired through campus recruitment are generally better technically than lateral hires and have a high level of technical expertise Generally work on newer technology, though since Deloitte takeover, tech stack has aged a bit.

Cons

Deloitte USI employees tend to get better salaries and benefits than HashedIn employees. When similar benefit programs are rolled out for HashedIn, they are rolled out much later with a lot more restrictions Unnecessarily long 2 month notice period
