Some of the students can be nice sometimes

Cons

Workload, low pay, poor working conditions, openly encouraged discriminatory behaviour. HR are cowboys and actively try and shift liability onto employees and are that disinterested their work borders on illegal.

Over night work Very low salary- worked out around £10-15 for all night Little training on fire system yet a lot of responsibility
