Great Team, Bad Management

Pros

The team members are great, from CSA's to Maintenance to Cleaners everyone gets along really well. Supportive and fun co-workers.

Cons

Too much micro-management I think. Also a lot of favouritism within the inner circle of management. CEO is lovely but higher management need to take care of their lower employees. There also isn't much room for progression.

- Managers are so relaxed and understanding - Really competitive pay - A lot of lone working (a plus for me as I struggle to focus in a busy room) - Able to make friendships with the tenants

Cons

- Stagnant career development, only because it's a small team

Only thing I can think of is you can do overtime

Cons

Has a very manipulative work culture They expect you to work yourself to the ground and then when you become mentally and physically ill from exhaustion blame it on you. Management don't offer any support, say one thing then back stab you the next, all are very two faced and never genuine It's one rule for one set of people then another for others Don't work here, it's all flowers and roses on paper but reality is very very different
