      Easy Money

      Pros

      Job is physically very easy. Mostly work unsupervised. 12 hour shifts for most of the plant. Not allowed to work more than 60hrs a week.

      Cons

      Chaos.. No one knows what is going on on the production floor. Lack of accountability for the lazy workers. Lack of maintenance support. The new attendance policy, get a point for using paid sick time. Overtime, hire some more workers or fix the equipment so we can work the schedule we signed up for. Unachievable OEE targets.

      Lack of consistency with management, hard to get ahold of HR for important manners, turnover rate is huge even within upper management
