      Good benefits. Strong focus on safety.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Management is only interested in making themselves look good in the eyes of corporate. Metrics are never met because of poor decisions made by the management team. Clueless to the real world!

      If you like putting in overtime and making decent pay as a lab tech this job is for you! A great stepping stone for scientific career. The people genuine and close.

      Cons

      Overtime may be mandatory 24/7 plant shifts are not flexible Unorganized A ses pool of HR nightmares Upper management sucks If you get assigned a shift assume you will be there forever including working weekends
