      Cons

      was the lack of a clear system or structured workflow. Employees were expected to handle a wide range of tasks, often from scratch, without proper guidance or support. This created a chaotic work environment where it was difficult to know where to begin or how to proceed effectively. The absence of a well-established process left many of us feeling unsupported, leading to frustration and inefficiencies. With no mentorship or proper direction, it was challenging to meet expectations and achieve results within a reasonable timeframe.
