Great brands, but processes need serious improvement

Work from home twice a week, which really helps with flexibility. Location is convenient and close to home. Family and intimate atmosphere.

Cons

Communication isn’t always clear, which causes confusion and slows down processes. There are way too many meetings throughout the day, leaving very little time to focus on actual work. This often leads to finishing tasks after hours, hurting work-life balance. Too many projects running at the same time, and each one takes a lot of time to execute. It often feels unrealistic to manage everything at once. Not enough respect for employees’ time and priorities, which can create unnecessary stress.

Pros

Although Henkel is a large global company, its business units are run independently enough to leverage our size and scale while still staying focused on our unique regional customers and products. There is a strong emphasis on innovation and how individuals can positively impact their respective teams and drive the company forward.

Cons

Like any other large company there are still challenges in terms of different processes, but Henkel does a good job of staying close to their employees for feedback and continuous improvement.
