There are lots of talented, genuine people here who want to do good work and support each other. If you're proactive, there are opportunities to grow or move internally. Flexible working is a real plus and makes a big difference when you're juggling life outside of work.

Cons

Change can be slow, and things sometimes feel more complex than they need to be. It can be hard to get decisions made quickly, and the workload can feel intense at times, especially when priorities shift without much notice. Some cultural and leadership behaviours are evolving, but still not fully consistent across the board.

A few company perks! *Free Lunch cooked onsite by chefs daily *Vouchers on Birthdays and Christmas *Yearly Bonus *Free onsite secure parking *Barista style coffee machines on all floors * Free giveaways of Henkel products * Hybrid working i am coming up to my eighth year at Henkel and can honestly say it is a fantastic company to work for.
