Pros

Working here has been a truly enriching experience. One of the standout aspects is the friendly and collaborative team environment—everyone is approachable and supportive, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work life. There are exciting opportunities to contribute to global initiatives, which not only broaden your perspective but also allow you to make a tangible impact on a large scale. The company also places a strong emphasis on career development, offering resources and support to help you grow professionally. Innovation is encouraged, and new ideas are welcomed, making it a great place for forward-thinkers.

Cons

The only downside is that, being a large organization, implementing change can sometimes be a slow process. However, the overall direction and vision remain strong, and the leadership is committed to continuous improvement.

A good company—until it's not.

Pros

The salary package is really competitive or above-average rate.

Cons

While the company tries to picture and foster a good culture, the undercurrent gossip culture is rampant, and the feedback from coworkers is unconstructive. Mistakes, errors, or anything that appears to them or is perceived as "unsuitable to their culture" will be passed around rather than discussed head-on, making you feel that you are walking on eggshells because your coworkers are like CCTV. Working with North American teams, particularly in the U.S., can put you in a tough spot and challenging position, because they somehow drift away from the European values of Dusseldorf.
