Pros

At Henkel, you get the opportunity to work with global stakeholders, which truly contributes to both professional and personal growth. In my case, I feel very fortunate to have supportive managers who have guided me throughout my journey. I've been with Henkel for over five years now, and one of the things I really appreciate is the hybrid work setup. We're only required to be onsite two days a week, which provides a great balance between work and life.

Cons

Compensation and benefits should be reviewed, especially for tenured employees, to ensure they remain fair amid ongoing inflation in Metro Manila and competitive within the industry. Additionally, recognition can feel uneven, with some employees consistently highlighted while others with equally valuable contributions are overlooked. A more inclusive and balanced approach to recognition would help boost morale and engagement across the team. While continuous improvement is valuable, requiring all employees to deliver CI projects can add pressure, especially for those lacking the necessary skills.
