      Very professional company, worried about the formation and happiness of their employees. I

      Cons

      Relative real focus in research. Sometimes managers take arbitrary decisions and promote incompetent employees. Not hiring at this moment.

      International exposure are highly possible. Diversity is promoted and encouraged. Pay can be too low for some but too high for few. Company has concerns with employee.

      Can be too political and narrow. Company has internal conflicts that affects decision making and direction. Different sectors not aligned with their goals.
