Employees are encouraged to build international experience and for talents, there are good opportunities to do this The network of people from local to regional to global teams is very diverse and enriching with good collaboration

Different functions not supporting the same goal due to conflicting KPIs Risk taking mentality is fairly low and sometimes hinders competitiveness Work life balance is mainly on individual's own responsibility Within smaller countries, and if not mobile internationally, there might be limited development opportunities
