Since Henkel came in, not much unless you are okay with cold, awful people that don't care about work ethic or results and only care about headcount and budgets. If you are a crappy employee, just make sure they don't pay you too much and they'll keep you.

Cons

Everything! You are just a number to a large, global money hungry company. Work hard, get promoted because you work hard and prove your worth and then get laid off over the person who does nothing because you make more than them.

Solid teams-very supportive Great training High quality products Very low customer quality complaints Mostly a very respectful atmosphere

Cons

Some mid managers expressed being extremely stressed reporting numbers in meetings to the always unhappy upper management. Seems like upper always demanding. Never satisfied even when sales were well above goals.
