Pros

Benefits are strong compared to other manufacturing plants in the area. Health insurance options are solid, paid time off is fair, and the company does offer some stability in terms of consistent hours and steady production schedules. The work itself is straightforward, and most coworkers on the floor support each other and try to make the environment positive day to day.

Cons

Leadership on the site floor can feel disconnected from what production employees deal with daily. Communication is inconsistent, and concerns raised by operators don’t always seem to lead to change. Advancement opportunities feel limited, and decisions about promotions or treatment of employees don’t always come across as fair or transparent. There are ongoing safety and culture concerns that many employees feel aren’t taken seriously enough, which can impact morale and trust in leadership.
