Cons

Not alot of internal opportunities post-grad related to finance that only require a bachelors degree.

Supportive Leadership: Managers are approachable and open to feedback, which creates a positive environment.

1. Work-Life Balance: While flexibility exists, I often found myself continuing to work during leave, which made it hard to fully disconnect. 2. High Expectations: At times, workload and deadlines can be intense, requiring strong time management.
