Company is filled with a lot of people trying to do the right thing. Great benefits and compensation is largely fair across the board

Cons

Getting promoted in the functions is very hard. Good people stay for the benefits and stability of the company but those looking for upward mobility with respect to title are encouraged to look outside the company.
