      Henkel offers competitive wages, strong benefits, and a management team that both leads effectively and genuinely cares about employees. I have been with Henkel for 15 years, and the culture consistently reflects these values. In fact, the culture has never been stronger than it is today.

      One of the main challenges is the comfort level in certain work areas. Some operations take place outdoors, including in the warehouse, where conditions can become extremely hot during the summer months.
