My superiors are very supportive in any endeavor I undertake. I can discuss any technical or workplace issues I have without any fear or retaliation. Employees and consultants of diverse backgrounds and experiences work together in multiple activities, projects in Henry Schein. I have had the privilege of working different projects and technologies and collaborating with users from different departments. I have personally experienced Henry Schein support during uncertain times. There is a sense of comfort and security which enables wellness in personal life.
Cons
Wage increase and promotion could be less than peers. At times, a lot of persuasion could be needed to get things done which could get frustrating.
