      Pros

      Company is making investments in digital and customer upgrades. Very happy to be a part of the digital team that is working on this. Customer experience will be elevated over the next few years. The leaders in this area are the future of our organization.

      Cons

      Things can move slow and we seem too focused on what the sales team wants versus what our customers need. It’s a bit backwards and I have never seen this in other sales organizations. Let’s also make sure we measure our success beyond sales numbers, customers do not care about this.

      The field is filled with immature, unprofessional and sloppy members. A lot of people complain for the sake of it but never reflect on themself. People don’t know how to control themselves at social events. This would have never happened years ago and it’s noticed by our customers

      The dental marketing team is falling apart. Our leadership does not care about us and we are all unhappy but afraid to say anything because nobody is approachable, nothing done here is within our overall culture that everybody talks about
