Agree with most of the reviews here. Culture is strong.

Cons

Company can be very siloed. Some leaders are unapproachable. New batch of executive promotions had a few seriously questionable team members. Lots of confusion over new medical and dental marketing structure. Some tough (selfish) personalities in both groups.

No diversity, barely any employee of color and no management of color. Slow with compensation and raises.

While it is a global corporate company of over 20,000 employees, it still has the heart, soul and warmth of a family run business. The business cares for both its employees and surrounding community and it shows. It's a great place to plant roots and grow. I've worked hard, and it's been recognized. I've had several growth opportunities in the many years I have been in the business. The D&I program is continuously growing offering employees such a wealth of content, collaboration, learning and networking opportunities. I love the Women's Leadership Network in particular - they host some fantastic and inspiring events throughout the year.

Cons

Some of the internal technology and systems used can be dated, or don't always play nice with one another, but there are many projects addressing these concerns - the feedback IS heard and respected, and there are strides being made to resolve issues and continuously improve efficiencies.
