      Pros

      Fairly stable company, nice managers. Recently accepted work from home for some teams after the management noticed the value of not paying building rent.

      Cons

      Health insurance about $ 1000 per month. Lower pay than our competitors. Women and current minorities are being promoted more often recently. Layoffs are done immediately after or before free ice cream truck day. Awkward. The focus is to please shareholders, employees are not important. Lots of gossip from people being promoted too quickly.

      The people and culture are wonderful! They care about their employees and there's a good work-life balance. There's also a lot of career and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Wish there were more paid holidays like New Years Eve, Christmas Eve, and MLK Day.
