Business Outlook
Pros
The teamwork is amazing and not with just the department but the company as a whole. The office setting was fun, energetic and involved. In the virtual world, we have made efforts to keep that going with virtual games, prizes and tons of meetings to keep connected. Good atmosphere with good people all around. It is also not about your tenure but your work!
Cons
Schein time. Things can take a slower path than you would hope sometimes but Schein makes it right in the end. High expectations are set but for good reason and there really is not a time that the high expactations are not met or exceeded.
