      Pros

      In the short time I have been a TSM (team Shein member), it is obvious to me that this company cares about their employees. They offer great benefits, PTO, and an expectation for new hires that is within reason and won't send you running off of a cliff. All positives thus far.

      Cons

      the hiring process was lengthy, but it gave me the opportunity to really get a feel for the company and make the best decision for myself.
