      The culture is very positive, and the company has a long history of success. Work/life balance is important to upper management, which leads to good flexibility and generous PTO

      Cons

      While career advancement opportunities are in place on paper, you definitely need to be a very squeaky wheel to actually receive promotions or advancement. The benefits package has also steadily been declining over the years.

      work from home model. moderate training. arm of a larger comapny with expansive resources

      Cons

      poor communication. commissions paid late & inaccurately. built/expanded a successful field sales team only to terminate and layoff the whole team two years later. during layoffs committed to covering employee cobra for 1 month but it took over a month for the company to active the coverage. paid commissions late and incorrectly to terminated employees.
