      - Market Leader - Belongs to industry where recession have low impact (i.e. Dental care)

      Cons

      - Too laidback - Slow progress - No career structure available i.e. mentor; career forecasting / trajectory as to where would I can see myself - Too many employees with more than 20 years servic - hence lack of innovation or new ideas - Not a company for young or millennials as the ethos are old school

      Pros

      Full service dental provider of merchandise, equipment, technology and services that has some very savvy, professional sales folks to integrate and collaberate with.

      Cons

      Really depends on management provided at time of employment - I was unfortunate with my timing as simply not productive and cohesive management during my service time.
