Pros

Everyone outside of the QA/RA department is extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Terrible leadership run by emotions and not actually talent. Best friends with management, promotion. Go to lunch with management, promotion. Work hard and take on more projects, nothing for years. The employees are dropping like flies in this department. Don’t join the train wreak that is the RA/QA department.

Pros

This is a great company to work for EXCEPT FOR IN GREENVILLE, SC in Accounts receivable/credit dept if you are LGBTQ! The supervisor is very unfriendly to minorities and LGBTQ people regardless of their company policy that protects all workers from harassment! You are targeted, paid less than others, and HR believes the supervisor over you! I truly loved my peers, my job and the company! Too bad they had a prejudiced supervisor and a manager higher up at that location that supported him!

Cons

Anti LGBTQ and racist regardless of company policy! They will believe the supervisor over you! I worked there for 9 years and made half of what my coworkers made and I only made it that long bc of my good work ethic. I was clueless as to how cruel people can be and I was never open about my private life!

Atrocious company ethics

Pros

Annual wage increase. Set hours, not shift work. Tea/coffee, squash provided.

Cons

Training is basically non-existent. Incredibly high turnover of staff. Customers talk to you like scum, management do not intervene. In fact, if someone shouts, swears, insults you, they will be treated as a priority! Sales reps, who are your colleagues, talk to you just as badly. Their behavior is not addressed because they make the company money. The sole focus of the business is to make as much money as possible, they do not care who they step on on the way. Constantly under staffed, so always over-worked, and definitely under appreciated. They say they aren't a call centre, yet every day there is a meeting about how many calls were lost the previous day - they couldnt care less how many calls you may take, only how many are lost is addressed. There is no focus within the role, you are pulled from pillar to post on a daily basis. You are not listened to when you share an opinion, it is a dictatorship from management. If it wasnt for some good people there, the minimal morale level would be underground. Very little chances for promotion.
