      Lots of resources to pull from Good/average pay Can be a good working culture - depending on your team Pretty good on being empathetic to family situations and home life

      Cons

      Extreme work burn out - constantly wanting more and more from you. This is a huge factor to consider if looking to join. Very target orientated You are often compared to other sales people in the team, even though areas are completely different
