      Henry Schein has a diverse culture and the work with are usually great. If you need help there are countless people there to assist you.

      There has been a lot of layoffs lately with tenure employees.

      Being a part of Team Schein means a great deal to me. The culture is positive, the opportunities for elevation abound, and there is a constant push for improvement which ultimately will benefit our customers patients'

      Cons

      It is a large organization so it can take time to learn to navigate the internal systems. There are however many resources to aid in this process but it does take time.
