      Pros

      I have been working for them for over 6 years and this company is absoutley amazing. They take time to know you and don't make you feel like a number. They are very understanding when it comes to family and their biggest thing is work life balance. Over the years I have met so many people from all levels and none of them make you feel like you don't matter.

      Cons

      The only con I have currently is that I miss our family picnics, Christmas parties and our silly events but I guess that's the new way with Covid.
