Pros

This company is highly progressive. since I have been on board since may of 2021 the entire team has worked with me to become the best part of this team I can be. my direct management is super knowledgeable, patient and tactically aware. In addition the level of customer based service is outstanding. The belief system here is that the better we become the better we can serve the dental community at large. I am incredibly happy to be a part of thus team and am excited to continue to move forward and become better at performing the part that I play amongst the team. If you are someone looking to work hard, excel in a career with a company that offers no less than 100% team support HS is the place you want to be. I am happy and extremely grateful to be here and consider each of my peers and vital part of what i do and an extension of my professional family

Cons

Systems are a bit out of date, however change is coming. they are actively working on the modernization of these systems and processes.

Pros

Very stable company to work for, with a lot of different teams/departments to move around to. The option to work completely remote is also a huge plus. Depending on your role you can also travel, which is a nice perk. You can interact with many people across the country and in other countries which is cool.

Cons

There is definitely favoritism and politicism evident when it comes to promotions, visibility, etc. If you don't advocate for yourself you can be easily overlooked, while watching others lap you many times. There is a lack of accountability across the board. People can be very unresponsive, or no call/no show on meetings, with no regard to how it impacts others and no fear of being reprimanded. Leadership will often overload you with an amount of work/projects that could be spread between 2 or 3 full time jobs and it seems they either don't see the need or care to add resources or remove projects.
