      Pros

      Stable company currently going thru a rough patch. Benefits are above average. Unlimited PTO is nice recent change. Culture emphasizes professionalism and discourtesy is frowned upon.

      Cons

      Can’t get promoted easily. Health insurance is below average. Work/life balance is a bit of a gamble. Can be good or bad on any given month. Department role shifts happen every 6 months to a year. Very political at top levels. Remote is double edged sword.
