      - Most customer have to come to big dealers for items/equipment's so leads come often - Good team - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Pay could be improved, reps that are for certain brands earn more but are not selling like we are - Travel to many different places - Vehicle cost reimbursement

      Henry Schein and Integrated Design Studio have been very welcoming and friendly. I can tell Henry Schein really prioritizes employees and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      The onboarding process has been a little slow. It would also be nice to interact with other Henry Schein employees outside of Integrated Design Studio as we are pretty separate from the rest of the company.
