      Pros

      Management can be easygoing and lax depending on the department. Fellow employees are friendly, love to chat and come up with off-site activities to have fun with each other. Often the company will buy lunch for all employees such as BBQ or subs, always an opportunity to receive gift cards and other prizes. Internal job postings in the building make it easy to transfer and learn something new.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of drama between employees or supervisors and rumors spread like wildfire. Some people just don't click but there are people who go out of their way to make it obvious. Not wanting to work overtime (not mandatory) can make some managers see you in a bad light.
